FUKE Heavy Industry has recently completed commissioning of FK360-9, FK550-9 and FK800-9 crawler excavators for a new open-pit mining project abroad. The machines will be used for overburden removal, ore loading and site preparation, forming the core digging force of the mine’s production fleet.

Each model is tailored to different bench heights and loading requirements. FK360-9 focuses on flexible operation and fuel efficiency, suitable for general earthworks and medium loading tasks. FK550-9 provides higher digging force and bucket capacity for heavy rock layers. FK800-9 is the largest in the family, designed for high benches and large haul units, where every cycle must move a significant volume of material.

The excavators adopt reinforced structures, high-performance hydraulic systems and comfortable cabs with air conditioning and clear visibility. Multiple working modes help operators balance productivity and fuel consumption. Maintenance points are centrally arranged, making daily inspection and service easier on remote mine sites.

During the trial phase, the customer reported stable performance, smooth swing and strong breakout force, even under long daily working hours. FUKE will continue to provide technical support, operator training and spare parts supply to ensure that the FK360-9, FK550-9 and FK800-9 equipment delivers long-term value throughout the life of the mine.
